35′ (10.67m) Double-ender Ocean Cruiser. Beam 11′. Draught 5’3″. Ketch or cutter rig. 4 or 5 berths.
A traditional relatively cheap and easy to construct craft, for general cruising or ocean wandering. The rig is easily within the limits of the loner. Marine or converted vehicle engines from 20hp upwards mounted beneath the self draining cockpit will provide ample power for this proven ocean cruiser.
Plans are drawn for the hull to be constructed in ferro-cement but can also be adapted to wood strip-plank construction. If you are already familiar with steel plate forming the plans can also be adapted for constructing the hull in steel.
